Billing & Insurance

Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics accepts most major insurance carriers and will assist you in filing claims for health care services. Should you have any questions about any insurance or billing issues, please call our office during normal business hours.

Fees
Some insurance providers require a specialist co-pay for our services. Co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance amounts are due at the time of service. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. When your insurance has responded, any remaining amount you owe will be billed to you at your home address. Please remit any payment due within 30 days. If you should need to make special arrangements concerning your bill, please call the office prior to your appointment.

The initial testing and pre-evaluation consultation by our Physician Assistant is typically not covered by most insurance companies. There is a $75 fee for this testing that is required prior to your appointment.

Insurance
Medicaid and most private insurance companies are accepted. Please remember to bring your insurance or Medicaid cards to each visit so we may file your claims properly.
